Congrats on doing the first run....it sounds a lot easier than it is! If its any consolation after my first run I almost began to cry, thought I was having a heart attack and my legs gave way!!! Hi masands It's great to see there is someone who is on the same week as me, and feeling just as crap as I was! I took the advice of the above posts and slowed my pace way down for my 25 min run on Monday evening, and amazed that I could do the run with pretty much ease! I think the programme builds...

read somewhere just keep putting one foot in front of the other and on almost every run I have thought of that and that is what I do. I am on my last week and start my 30 minute runs in 2 days!
