Re: Roll of honour 

Name: Mike Area: Sydney, Australia Completed: 4th April 2010 Comments: While I expected that I would be running 5km in 30 mins as the program estimated, it turned out I was only running 4.5km. I have spend the last month working my speed up to 6 mins/km. I have also been adding hills to my routine s...

Re: What should we do next?!

I'd also like to add to my previous post another feature that I think is needed. A free running mode. You define how long you want to run for and you are given the 5 minute warmup, and every 5 minutes are given an update of how long you have been running for, followed by a 5 minute cool down. Re: What should we do next?!

I've been thinking about how you should further develop the application. I think one of the advantages of the application is its name. Re: What should we do next?!

G28K doesn't require music. I just think the site I linked to is a music orientated version of it. Thats why the BPM is there but you notice its very much about interval running still. The small 1 min gaps seem to be the walking part. I'm sure you can find more details with a bit of Google searching.

Re: Question about week 5

W5D3 seems very much a leap of faith run. It's effectively half way thru the program and I am certain the point is to show you how far you have come to further motivate you to run to completion. I just completed my run and while it is a difficult run it is not as extreme as it looks. My biggest conc...

Re: What should we do next?!

Why not create another app that follows the "Gateway to 8K" program? That seems like what most people who finish C25K graduate to.
