Good to vent off just completes W1R2 and harder due to aching legs but breathing much better (giving up smoking at the same time) still going strong a few twinges to rest of but hopefully nothing serious yet. 44 years old and finished week1 first run! Just joined the forum live South Manchester U.K. So unfit and so up for this am just using any means to keep focus on following this through and seeing to the end best of luck to all!!
