Hey all! I'm Craig from Berkshire, 5`11, 120kgs and an avid couch potato...plus the nasty S word :( I just done my W1R1 today and it totally killed me.......im soo unfit its scary....Amazing app though, and works really well with IOS4. just hope i can keep it up, im kinda dreading Friday as my quads...
