Get Running Forums

Hello! Im Yliana from New York... Im a couch potato and need some motivation to get off the couch. I have always admired people who can run and jog through the park and look so content... They are flexing their lungs and making their way along the roads and streets with the energy to keep on moving!...

Well im out of shape and need to get off the couch! Willing to try this but will probably need to stretch out the walking / running bit because im so heavy.. but lets see how it goes... looking forward to my first walk... Good luck to all of those just beginning... we have to start somewhere right?
