Hi everyone, I got this app a couple of weeks ago after deciding this is the year I finally get myself fit! As I'm sure is the case with many of you-I've said this to myself many times before but it's never lasted. I'm now on week 2 of this app and I've just done run 2 today...so far I'm loving it! ...
