Re: I did it!

The trick is to just get through 5 minutes at a time. Take a deep breath and do the next 5 and so on. It works!

I did it!

I never thought it was possible but I did it! I actually ran week 5 run 3 without stopping! It wasn't superfast and it wasn't sexy but I did it. She, the voice, told me that I was now a runner and I laughed out loud as I was huffing and puffing . I can't wait for the next run ! :D

Daylight savings time

I will begin week 4 on Sunday. Week 5 will begin on Sunday Nov 7 but that marks the beginning of Daylight savings time. Re: Sticky: Introductions!

Hi everyone, I'm in Memphis, Tn in the US and I am new to running. I started the c25k just over a week ago. I started out on the treadmill. When one of the trainers realized that I was doing the c25k program, he told me to get off of the treadmill and try running outside. I told him that running on ...

Re: Failure

Hello. I am new to this forum and am currently at the middle point of week two. I started this process about 2 months ago and also had the problems with the painful legs. I , too, thought "Failure". I quit and nursed my legs back to their healthy state but decided that I really did want to...
