Starting week 5 run 1. Eight minutes!! Nervous and excited. When I first started I was running in old tennis shoes and my ankles and knees took a beating. Ankles swelled and had knee pain. Got some running shoes and solved half the problem. My ankles are fine now but I'm still experiencing knee pain...
