Re: Week 5, Run 2....so disappointed in ME
Well, on the second try, I made it. I REALLY struggled with the second run though. I think I will repeat this run one more time before moving on to the big one. Thanks for the support!

Week 5, Run 2....so disappointed in ME
I made it through run 1 fairly easily. The three 5 minute runs were challenging but I pushed through. Today I attempted Run 2. I made it through the first 8 minute run, although I struggled. However, the second 8 minute run, I only made it 4 minutes before I needed to start taking frequent walking b...

Re: Just completed W5R3
Congratulations!! I started week 5 yesterday, so I'll be doing run 2 tomorrow and the dreaded 20 minute run on Saturday. I'm a bit nervous about it, but thanks for the inspiration! Best of Luck as you move forward.

Re: Week 4
Hi there! I struggled through the 3 minute runs in week 3 also. I decided to move on to week 4 and see how I did. Well, now the 3 minute runs are fairly easy, but I am struggling with the 5 minute runs. I usually have to slow it down for the last couple of minutes and I think I will probably repeat ...

Re: Week 3, Run 1
Great job everyone! It's true, the runs gets easier as we move forward. I'm in week 4 now. I was terrified at the thought of 5 minute runs. I"m still struggling with the 5 minute ones, but the 3 minute runs are coming pretty easy. Just last week I was struggling with those 3 minute ones! Michele

Re: W5 R3 - 20 mins
Way to go Redders! I can't even imagine doing the 20 minute run. I'm in week 4 and still struggling through the 5 minute runs, but listening to stories from people like you really motivates me!

Week 3, Run 1
So pleasantly surprised. I was so scared at the thought of running 3 straight minutes, but I did it! It wasn't easy, but it sure wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. At one point, during the second long run, I wanted to give up, but I pushed through. I might just have a runner hiding somewhere i...

Re: W3r1 Whew!
Congratulations! I just finished my W3R1 this morning. I was terrified to do it, but I was super surprised. It wasn't easy, but it certainly wasn't as hard as I expected. Cheers!
