Hi from the UK:) first off I wouldn't suggest running in your sneakers, always best to be properly fitted and maybe have a gait analysis done to work out your running style, secondly running on grass and trails is always preferable to running on roads, it does save your knees but have to be more awa...

I will thank you:) starting w5r1 tomorrow, so far everything is going well, motivation is still there, think maybe having something to aim for spurs you on, I'll keep you informed on my progress:) a for your half in Oct/Nov, get it booked!:)

London marathon

Watched the London marathon this morning on TV, the atmosphere looked amazing, and so many inspirational stories! A friend of mine ran and finished in 3.33! Will done mate. I remember when he started running only three years ago, had a few ups and down but got there in the end...something to aim for...

Hi, i'm Justin, live in Birmingham UK and have just started the get running program.I've had past unsuccessful attempts at other c25k programs but ended up doing too much too soon. This time i'm more sensible lol and more motivated. I've done the first two runs so far and feel great:)
