Hi, knee seems to be ok, thanks! I still have to do run 2 and 3 of week 6 this week :( I wanted to go this morning, but had so extremely much muscle ache, that I couldn't do it. I did my first interval run (W6R1) after the 20min run yesterday and was surprised how difficult it was! After nailing the 20 minutes, I thought this would be easy.
