Latest Run
So, it was a crappy morning through here in Glasgow. Rain was pouring but I decided to head out for my run. Even though the weather sucked, I still made it to my target of 4.5 miles or 7.6km. Only and other 1.7miles to get me to the 10km distance!! 9 weeks today is the Great Scottish 10k, so hopeful...

In perparation for the Great Scottish 10k Run, I ran 6k! So stupidly proud of myself!! BUT, legs are already feeling stiff and aching even after stretching them out! I get the feeling I'm gonna pay tomorrow when I wake up. Hahaha Ah well, no pain blah blah etc. Happy Runnings to everyone
