not long now:)

So I'm now on w8r2 and should finish the program next week, can't believe how quickly the time has gone. It only seems like yesterday since I started but it was two months ago! To all those who have just started rest assured this app really does work. I remember thinking at the start there's no way ...

Re: Help required

Hi Jodc, just start off real slow, as slow as you can without walking and breathe. I tend to do two steps inhale, two steps exhale. If you find yourself getting out of breath slow your pace down. back after a bad chest:)

Started w6r1 this morning after missing a couple of days due to a bad chest. Luckily I managed to get straight back into it and felt great during the run but started coughing a soon as I got back into the house, only for 5 minutes though...feel great again now lol.

Re: Where in the world are you, and where do you run?

I know Walkden, I'm from Bolton originally, some nice parks there too lol. It isn't to bad where I live in Birmingham though, I'm right on the edge and can be in the sticks in literally five minutes:) Definetly no dolphins in sight though!

The weather hopefully looks like it ma...

Re: W5R3

Well that wasn't too bad, the first five minutes were the worst but after a while I found a good pace and kept my breathing under control and I did it:) feel on a high now! This app is brilliant!
