I've got that run coming up too and getting a tad worried. After a few set backs I've put it off and put it off. I find doing it on the treadmill first better then actually going out and doing in on the fresh air as I find it easier on the treadmill and in my head my way of thinking is ....if I know...

I'm really excited but a bit dubious too, have read so many good and bad points about Havana. We generally don't listen to bad views as we like to make up our own minds when we get there but for some daft reason I'm getting a bit nervous

true, Id rather be safe than sorry. I hadnt thought about sports brands out there.
We ll be walking all over the place the first half of the hol because were going to Havana first for all the siteseeing bits then the beachy bit for the last 10 days so swimming will do me just fine

Id never ever have called myself a runner as have always thought Id hate running but Im loving every minute of it no matter how hard it gets. welcome x

hmmmm, I was thinking the same but its sooo frstrating. Im hoping the gym at the hotel has a treadmill but Im doubtfull . Heyho, Ill take my trainers and stuff just in case. You never know
