Re: A New Me
Not such a good end to the day, after being really proud of myself a friend made a joke that if the Chihuahuas were able to keep up I must have been walking. I know they were only joking and probally right that I was going rather slow but it still hurts my feelings a bit  My friend however has...

Re: Rookie here!
Hi, I've just finished week 2 run 1 and for the first time no achy muscles compared to the first run where I thought I was gonna die, I believe if you do your rest days as it says even if your dying to run your body will adjust quicker as gives your muscles a change to heal and get stronger. I too a...

Re: Rest leave
That's a real shame, hopefully it'll warn us newbies how important it is to have decent trainers, I have a cheap Nike pair which probally arn't right for running, after reading your post I'm gonna go out and buy a decent pair. Get lots of rest and hope you have a fantastic holiday, let us know how it...

Re: Finished!
Don't be dissapointed you should be so proud of yourself for completing the course, to run 30mins is still just a dream for me (I'm on week 2 run 1) who cares how far you run, speed I'm sure will come with time and if your short (I'm a shorty too) then your probally being too hard on yourself. Pleas...
