Re: W3R3 feels great!
Did W3R1 today. I started my first run by slipping in the mud and falling flat on my face, cutting my elbow and face. Soaked through and covered with mud I started again and managed to do nearly all of the run. Glad to hear it gets easier - hope it does for me too!

Re: When does it get easier?
I've just done my second run of week 2 having repeated week 1. It is def getting better as I can do most of it now. Also I found that I was not getting out of breath so much during the week when running for trains etc so something is working! Just keep going. Good luck.

Re: Just started
I did week 2 run 1 tonight and it was not good - I really struggled. I suspect I'll be repeating this week too. I'll try again on Thurs hopefully I'll do a bit better. I must admit I find it easier at the weekend rather than after a days work. I'm going to keep going tho!

Re: Just started
Wow - I managed to complete W1R3 and ran the full time! Roll on week2 Luckily the park was pretty empty today so no one saw me huffing and puffing. Fingers crossed it will be empty next time too.

Re: Just started
Bex, Just wanted to say that I've just started too and had to repeat week 1. I'll be doing the third run tonight - it seems easier than the first time of doing it - but I can't imagine getting to week 4 let alone 7. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing!
