haha Im with you on that one. I go as late as poss so its dark and no one can see my sweaty pink puffy body attempt to jog haha. I cant wait till I can go running(who am I kidding) in daylight and proud! lol

thanks guys, will deff try those exercises and will rest on rest days. It is so hard to not try and do it every day or move it to a more convenient day but I shall def take your advice onboard thankyou

Im doing this because Ive signed up to do the race for life in July. Its such a good cause and after finding out I had skin cancer recently its made me sit up and smell the coffee so to speak, Im 42 years old, slightly over weight and dont do anything and life is passing by so quickly so its time to...
