If I can do it, so can you. It's meant to be fun and li...

Re: w9r3 - possible next steps input

Actually theres an answer to this question on the graduate forum w...

When I checked, I had paused i...

Re: Skipped Week 2 - is this ok?

Of course it is if you feel comfortable with it, then go for it! I'd be a bit more cautious about skipping weeks later on though. I skipped week 1 because I'd already been running for a couple of weeks when I found the app, and found it a bit too easy, and I skipped a run later because I was running...

I'm sure it was a temporary blip, next time will be better, you may not be superwoman but your still achieving great things. And a bit of chocolate and dvd therapy never did anyone any harm!

Re: I think I became a runner today!

Wk8 r3 done! I actually quite enjoyed it. It wasn't easy, there several times I wanted to stop, but I kept going and it felt good. I wasnt particularly fast, and I was really glad when the28 minutes were up, but i finished and that's all that matters to me right now. Now on to my final week! I can't...

Re: On Week 2 - Legs sore!! Trainers to blame?

Don't worry what people think, your out there doing it, plenty of people aren't. In fact, search back a couple of weeks for a posting called 'a blog worth reading' or something like that, it's truly inspirational for all us beginners.
