Welcome back Catherine! Glad your back is on the mend. I hope you are soon able to do the runs you wish to do. You've done great to come back to it. it'll be like meeting an old friend again when you start to hear Coach Claire's voice :-)

Hi Brian - Well done on your achievement and enthusiasm! I know it is tempting to extend runs beyond the 25/28 stages in week 7 and 8 - I did longer runs than Coach Claire suggested and it was OK for me.
