Thank you for advice but I couldn't run for any longer than 16 mins and that was extremely difficult maybe I'm still suffering jet lag since returning from Australia on Tuesday to Ireland , (paying for having such a good time ) but I will go back out again in the morning if I could run for 28 mins 4...

Holidays
I was up to week 8 and doing good running 25 mins but then my Trip hol to Australia arrived I was away for 4 wks and only did one run whilst there , I'm back home in Ireland now and was looking for help , what wk should I start at all advice would be most welcome

Hey have faith in yourself it's not so long ago that I started out on my 1st 1 min run and went into a near melt down when I saw 3 mins coming up but I never gave up on my own ability and this morning I completed my 1st 25 mins run , it wasn't always easy and I had runs like yours with my iPhone goi...

I was due to run wk6r3 yesterday but my sore throat turned into bad cold with ear infection and awful cough I wanted some advice about starting back when I feel well enough , should I continue with running the 25 mins or repeat some previous runs , I'm so annoyed this has happened .

Thank you SSMRUNS for encouragement and advice I still have the sore throat so it's gd to know that exercise will help , I will set out in morning to complete the 25 and see how I do . That sounds like a plan what you have done so I will keep this in mind , good luck I will post how I got on !!

I just finished wk 6 run 2 , it was 10 mins run with 3 mins walking now I found this tough going I did the 20 min run 5 days ago and I didn't find that as tough , I think I went out thinking I already ran 20 mins so this will be a dawdle how wrong was I do have a sore throat so maybe that had someth...

I completed the 20 min run and was on cloud 9 for the day , it was typical Irish weather wet and windy but I was glad of that rain near the end , I was on the last 5 min run and feeling like giving up when I heard Claire say I was on the last 60 seconds run boy was I delighted to hear that lady say ...
