Devils Dyke can be pretty steep in places so i wouldn't worry about that! I have to say that i remember before I started i was almost afraid to start, I think because i was afraid that i wouldn't be able to do it! Also i do think running is funny - cos there is no big event....you don't have to sign...

When i was starting I was always frightened of moving on to the next stage, and i do remember feeling at the time that wk2 d1 was tough, i really noticed the extra 30 seconds but you can in realisty probably do it. Ha ha ... I kow what you mean! I have a long commute and can work odd hours so it ca be difficult.... The B210k app is very basic... The prompts are not really anything more than a short order.... Need a get running version!!!! Hint hint !!! ;)

There's the bridge 2 10k isn't there? I don't know how soon to go on to trying that... I guess I will consolidate the 30 mins for a bit.... I just keep rewinding The Get Running app because it's so much more friendly! ;)

Excellent :) That's just brilliant isn't it? A skip in your step this morning then ?? :) I wish someone had taught me to run at school like instead of thinking we could all just do it......i think i'd have had a lifelong passion for it :)
