Ok now I'm starting to get nervous. I know it won't be a run as such, it'll be bursts of 3-5 min runs and walks in between but I'm still nervous. How daft

I prefer to run in the rain, it's so refreshing.

Haha Chrissy theres nothing wrong with taking the odd night off. I think sometimes it makes us feel so guilty for not doing it that it pushes you more for the next one. Well, that's what I tell myself lol

:roll: mine was pants tonight, just couldn't get into it at all tonight. I'm not making excuses for myself but I ve had a heavy day gardening ;) and did have a beer with my dinner as it was such a lovely day out there today. I'll certainly learn from that though... Don't have yr dinner before yr run...

Apparently running shoes are only good for so many miles so go careful. My shin splints were because of my running shoes and are all ok now. Good luck
