W5R2 done
Just completed my day of two 8 minute runs. I am happy to say I completed it and ran the full 16 minutes, slightly slower than normal pace and feel GREAT! What a wonderful program this is. 20 minute run is Sunday, I'll report back on that. Stick with it and enjoy your run!

Congrats Riley, good job! I do my first run of week 4 tomorrow. I plan on taking nice and slow, give myself all the advantage I can to succeed. I have been told I should be able have a conversation while I run, but I have also been told to try and breathe through my nose and mouth and take some deep breathes.
