I intend to do strength training, abdominals, etc. Whatever can help me lose weight. Currently though I just rest. Let my legs recuperate.

Great Work!

The ladies voice is very motivating. I had shin splints, but I think I was just using the wrong shoes. I love the halfway point indicator. All around just a great product. Really, for me, its a dream come true. How else could one keep track of the intervals? The advice (slow down) I also appreciate....

I just finished my first week with Get Running. I tried the couch to 5k before but couldn't figure out a good way to stick to the intervals. I love the gentle encouragement the lady provides, and I think Get Running offers a nice balance between features and simplicity. In a word, it's great! I'm ab...
