Inwould just follow the program at the slowest speed you can still run at.

I would say do not worry about speed or distance, just run at the slowest possible speed that is still running and just complete the time, that is more important than anything else and the rest will come later.

Keep at it matey, you crack thise 3 min runs and i found it got easier after week 4 so your nearly through the hard part.

I read somethere yesterday that some days your just not into it and you feel like your dragging yourself into exercise and the best thing to do is turn around, go home to bed and do it the next day.

Today was W7R2 (1 x 25) which went well, slowed it down a tad for the last 5 mins but definatly easier than the last 25 min runs.did have an awkward moment as was watching a film called Primal and there was a scary scene that made me jump and i lost my footing a bit and nearly fell off the treadmill...

You will be Fine, im 6'1" and was 18st3lb when i started, now 17st2lb. If you get shin or knee pain that you think is weight related slow it down, solved my problems :)

Yeah i know what you mean about experiences runners. A chap at my work told me i should enter the plymouth half marathon this year and that anyone my age could do it without any training. 13 miles is so far away from what im physically capable of right now. I think because its much easier to do once...

This is really useful info and i found it very interesting! I suffer fro a lot of soreness and tenderness in my lower legs and the toutube videos on pose running are actually pretty compelling!
