oh my gosh, Ive got wk 3 run1 tomorrow and Im petrified! Ive found all of it rather hard and have repeated most weeks.
You all keepme going here, hearing all your acomplishments. Its also great to hear everyones human and find some bits harder than others.

Im repeating W2 as couldnt do it and felt rubbish for it, so I did run 1 of week2 and I managed it. Like you said I was the same. But we did it!!! pat on the back to us

Im feeling so chuffed with myself tonight. After the last couple of weeks finding it really really tough I decided I should redo week 2 and tonight was run 1 and I did it!!! YAY ME!! This is such an achievement for me. Anyway, trivial I know but Im chuffed just wanted to share

I think it helps having yr wife there it keeps you going. I know when my hubby came with me I felt a bit better even tho I found it really hard. I made the mistake of only waiting an hour and a half after my dinner before going on this run.
