Re: W6R1Complete!

That's great, well done, I found that run one of the hardest of the lot so far, I think it was because my head was telling me that after running 20 minutes to go back to short intervals was going to be easy - WRONG!!

I set off at my usual snail pace, after 2 minutes I wanted to stop, at three min...

Re: Heart monitor

I use a hrm, I set it for my 'fat burning' zone, but I find that I shoot straight through this when I'm running. I use it just to ensure I'm not over stressing my heart and then I guess, after the program is over, I can concentrate on increasing fitness to keep in the zone.

Re: Weight loss!

And if you do give in to the naughty stuff, you'll be burning it off anyway, which you weren't before, so in my mind the occasional treat is ok, don't you think?

I have sent you an email with the detail. Please don't think I'm complaining, I love this app and see this as (hopefully) useful feedback.

Endomondo on special offer

A little while ago, we had a discussion on this forum about other apps to run in the background ( or in my case as I have the old 3G , on my android phone) to track distance/ speed/ calories/ etc. People seemed to like my suggestion of endomondo, even the free version gives you all the stuff you nee...
