Can't believe how good I feel about doing it!! It is a real achievement for me. Finding it difficult to fit 3 runs in a week 2 seems to be all I can do. Does this have a negitive effect??

Wk5 r2 finally done!!
On my third attempt I have managed to do the 2 8 minute runs! Feel great that I have done them. Should I repeat them a few times before attempting the 20 min run. I can't see anyway that I will be able to do 20 mins in 2 days time!
