Week 2 now completed after just getting in from the 3rd run . Today started as a struggle as my legs were just not with it in the 1st 2 runs (stiff , tired and aching knees) I'm putting this one down to doing my Run after finishing my nightshift which I was on my feet most of it , I know it's not id...

Run 2 completed , run itself was no problem just had a bit of trouble with my new trainers rubbing on one of my heels this was due to my sock slipping down , luckily it happened on the 6th run so it never got to bad just left a sore mark . Just done my 2nd run on week 1 , found this tougher than day 1 but I'm putting it down to my legs not recovered properly from 1st run . I'm only just getting back into running after 20 years or more out of it , first thing I'd say is don't worry what anyone will think about you running in the street there are loads out there in similar position to you , but if you feel you can't show yourself yet on the street see if there is a park...
