Hi all, been looking for this sort of app for a while... Perfect love the way your music shuts off when she speaks to you, 1st run in the rain really enjoyed it. I made sure I did the stretching before and after. Had problems in the past with my shins!! Running too fast and for to long but hopefull...

Hey! Seems like all three of you are at that w5r3 point! Well done so far. Have faith in yourself. You'll make it. Just make sure you warm up nicely before with the 5 min brisk walk. Then keep your pace slow for the 20 min run. I found it helped by thinking to myself that I had already done 16 minut...

Happy delayed birthday!Great way to celebrate - runnign in the rain! LOL :mrgreen: Don't worry about the first 3min needing to be walked. It happens - often if folks set off a bit to quick on the run. Slooow right down. You're doing great!
