Re: Argh!!! Help please

Re: Argh!!! Help please

The only suggestion I have is to get some good music, crank it up loud and get out there and run. You're working towards something so there is no need to be embarrassed in the slightest :)

Re: I can now call myself a runner

Week 6 Run 1 done this morning. As I said on my blog(http://runningsam.com/) everything tells you it will be easier than wk 5 run 3, and as such you tend to go a bit faster. That obviously makes it quite challenging, but fun nevertheless :)

Positivity is what it's all about. A friend of mine who did Couch to 5K last year after never running befo...

Re: New Start New Runner

Great stuff - glad to hear you've taken such a positive step and are enjoying it. My story is similar - I was just a fraction under 20 stone 9 weeks ago. I am now under 17 stone and have just finished week 5 of Get Running (with a sustained 20 minute run this morning). Stick at it and it definitely ...

I can now call myself a runner

Week 5 , Run 3 - DONE! It was no where near as bad as I expected - I broke it down into 4 5 minute runs in my head and just focussed on finishing each run rather than the whole thing and it went remarkably quickly. I also was lucky to hit on my bet running music so far (My Morning Jacket - Evil Urge...

Re: Return to start/

I believe that if you hit the settings icon (the cogs) in the bottom right hand corner and scroll down to Run Log you can use that to delete any unwanted runs.
