Don't feel meh because you walked last twenty seconds, look at it the other way like you said its longest you've ran, 19.40 running straight is great. Look at the positives.

Lol that was just my personal opinion, hopefully yours will go better.

I'm looking forward to Wednesday's it's the last interval run then it looks like its non stop running after that so theyll all be hard going lol

That's good ttgirl :) I found today's run week 6 run 1 was harder than the 20 minute run, during the walks my legs was tensed to the max lol.
Can't wait to try the 25 minute run Friday :)

Ive just done the twenty minute run and just want to say a big thank you to the people or person who created this app, it's worth every penny and I'm definatly recommending it to everyone. A big thank you, can't wait for my next run already :)

I've just done it :) was a great feeling at the end. This morning when I woke up it was so hot it put me off doing it then clouds come over and I thought to myself its now or never, as soon as I left the house I got into the running mood and just went for it, at the end I walked for about 200 yards ...

Where are you from? Bet that's abit crazy if you run into a skunk lol. I hope they do start getting easier soon, cus looking ahead there's 25, 28 and 30 minute run on the horizon and longest I've run in a few years is 8 minutes.
