Just done w4 r2 starting to feel like a proper runner since I can manage 5 muns lol how sad is that? aww bex were on the same week

Well I did w4 r1 yesterday was quite worried about managing for 5 muns but went surprisingly well

Just make sure you don't over strech yourself and hurt your shoulder since running isn't known to be low impact

Well after much fear an doubt about this run all I can say is... I did it! Can't believe it never thought I could manage to run for 5mins! Loving this app it's kept me motivated! Gonna be on cloud 9 for the test of the day!

Glad to hear your shins are feeling better and I agree my fitted running shoes are like (what I imagine it would feel like) running/ walking on marshmallows there so squishy!
