Re: Trying to get started
Matt - the stretching app that I downloaded is Stretch Guru Run ( I believe) it was a free one It allows you to set a custom series of stretches or there is a set plan - has certainly worked for me W6R1 COMPLETED....ok, it took two attempts but there was a hangover involved at the first attempt

Re: Trying to get started
Angus - I recently downloaded a stretching app onto my phone. I was never good about stretching properly, could never remember which stretches to do or how long to hold them for. The app has been great - shows a pic of the stretch and times it for you. I have seen a huge improvement in my muscles si...

Re: Week 4 Run 1
Thanks Ambrose I did W4R2 today and it again was not that great - actually worse then Monday's run!! I did not stop but I certainly walked moments of each run. I just did not have any power to me today. Now when I think back to the past couple of days I think that I have not had enough protein, and ...

Re: Week 4 Run 1
Well I did W4R1 this morning...and I am not happy! I have had a pretty easy time of it until now, running on a treadmill. I have been so surprised that I have actually been able to do this. I have also been walking 30 minutes at a brisk pace (3.4 mph) the non-running days and doing a one hour pilate...
