Week 2 now completed after just getting in from the 3rd run . Run 2 completed , run itself was no problem just had a bit of trouble with my new trainers rubbing on one of my heels this was due to my sock slipping down , luckily it happened on the 6th run so it never got to bad just left a sore mark . Just done my 2nd run on week 1 , found this tougher than day 1 but I'm putting it down to my legs not recovered properly from 1st run .
