Just finished week 1 run 1 and feel great. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, can't wait to get out again on Wednesday.
It would be cool to talk to someone at a similar stage and see how they're doing.
I also need loads of encouragement as I don't stick with things very long usually but I really want to do this.
