After many weeks of holding back, knee problems and plodding along with week 5 run 2 I finally moved on to do the big 20 min run!!! I've put it off and off and off and today I nailed it!!!
I've got to admit I was following another runner and found that's what kept me going for the last 5 mins as my competitive side wouldn't give in and kept to her pace
I'm now going to carry on my day with the biggest grin ever!!
Go me!!!! Lol
