Ok so I know I need to be careful not to burn out, but this running is becoming quite addictive.
I'm just about to start week 6. Yes, I managed my 20 min! woo! My colleague though has been hearing me go on and on about this app that she wants to do it too. And I've promised to go out with her and do week 1, to get her started..
On my rest days do you reckon it's ok to go back and do week 1, week 2. They seem so easy in comparison, am I going to push my body too hard. Or should I seriously stick to 3 days a week?
How many times a week??
