Most of you won't know me, but I completed this app in July, and found it a brilliant tool to get me moving, however, after just a couple of runs afterwards, without the motivation of the app, and with a couple of pressures from life outside of running, I stopped running. Now, however, motivated by feeling horrible, I'm back, going to do my first run on Wednesday.
If I can offer any advice based on my experience with this app previously, it's use this forum. I built up a small group of running buddies and it was a great motivator to compare notes and to keep pace with each other, it was less tempting to skip runs when we knew the others were on the same run.
