Week 6 Run 3 Done! Week 7 here I come!
Can't believe I've done it - I struggled with the last few runs but pushed on and did it! Oddly the first 10 mins were the hardest, then I found my groove and it was ok until the final 1 min. Looking forward to the next one now.
