I think I have! I actually went out in my lunch hour today to ensure I get my "run" in as I am busy later in tonight. Wind and rain in my face - highly entertaining!Week three run 2 in the bag!

Great going! I ran my first 5k park run race at the weekend. Was AMAZING!! Taking up running is the best thing I have done!! Keep up the good work!!
