Week 7 tough on lungs

Week 7 tough on lungs
I'm excited to have reached week 7! However at about 20 min into the run my lungs are just giving out I'm gasping, panting, trying to take in larger breaths but my lungs just won't let me. Does this eventually get any easier on the lungs? Any tips to help make it easier? Otherwise my body feels good and able to finish the 25 min runs.

From what you describe you are probably trying to run to quick , you should try a slower pace and see of that helps . Your ideal pace is when u can hold a conversation whilst running , your lung capacity will increase as you keep up your training . Hope this helps .

I'm on wk 7 too and I would agree, ease off the pace a little and it should get easier.
