Week 6 completed

I have just completed week 6 run 3. I didn't believe that I would ever be able to run constantly for 25 minutes! At the moment I feel very hot & sweaty but very exilerated!! Roll on weeks 7, 8 & 9. I'll report back as to how it's gone. For anyone intimidated by the thought of running for 25 minutes non stop my advice is just take it steady and the time will fly by. I felt so good & pleased with myself I sprinted for the last 30 seconds.
