New to this app but not to running.

As the above subject states I'm new to this app but not running outdoors.
I started running last April and by June I was doing 30-40mins non stop. That's was until I had a major set back which quite frankly scared me!! I was so gutted especially after my progress. I put off restarting running time and time again and letting the 'fear' beat me.
Well that was until last week when I decided to download this app and to face my 'fear' head on. I was away with work and took my running trainers with me to use on the treadmill in the hotel gym.
I started W1R1. I made sure I put the treadmill on an incline to mirror being outdoors. I completed it and felt fantastic afterwards and my love of running was back!!
When I came to do my second run I wondered if I could skip to W3R1. I'd read in the forum that some people who were starting the app over had done this.
The last lot of 3mins running nearly killed me and had to drop my pace as my legs felt so heavy. But after cooling down and stretching I knew I wanted to continue with W3.
I did my 2nd run on the treadmill and again the last 3mins were hard but not as tough as my 1st run.
So today I am back home and thought I'd give run 3 a go outside on a flattish path.
Wow I'd forgotten how good it is to be running outdoors. It was quite blustery out and I knew that would make my running tougher. I kept my pace steady even though I was inclined to speed up when other runners over took me but I just ignored my urge and carried on at my own pace.
Like when I was on the treadmill the last 3mins were tough but as Claire advises I just dropped my pace and I was glad of the 5min cool down.
Looking at W4R1 looks daunting but I know if it is a huge struggle I'll just re do W3.
This app has been brilliant and I'm looking forward to building my running up and having you guys as support.
