I need advice, I was going great on the program - made it up to W5 D2 without missing a run. I then didn't do W5D3 until 5 days later and I couldn't finish it at all! It's been 2 weeks since my last proper run (W5 D2). Where do you suggest I start back up from??

Hi Amanda,
I've skipped weeks before (I know how frustrating it can be to let your progress slip). I'd suggest going back a week, so in your case maybe trying week 4 again and build yourself up to W5. You'll probably find it easier then expected and so you'll be ready to hit W5 head on.

Hi Amanda. I am in the same boat. Been overwhelmed the last few weeks and haven't run in three weeks. I"m going to go back to week 6 and see how it goes. How are you doing after your break?
