Hi, I am a 52 year old menopausal woman who has put on weight thanks to HRT which has also saved me from going mad with hot flushes. I have always struggled with my weight but never this much! I found the app for running on my iphone and have started it today and went quite well although it was on a gym treadmill and I am sure it is harder on the road.
I have sleep apnea so need to lose weight, I also have a family of heart conditions and would just love to be able to enjoy running like my husband does (he has done a marathon!) feel better about myself, gain some confidence and overall feel healthy and in control.
I would appreciate any help or tips you can give me.
