Any new runners waiting to start post-Norovirus??!!

Morning all
I'm itching to get started after a 2 day spa break of R&R but have been hampered by this bloody awful illness and am still recooperating!!! I guess until i can actually eat i won't have the strength or energy to run!
Anyone with any words of wisdom are welcome!
