Hello!
I've just finished the second week one run in falling snow and wondering if I should carry on cycling to work on both run days and rest days. Finding legs are tired before I start. Tried NHS plan and never got past week 3 and I'm wondering if this is why.
Really wish to succeed this time as have a 5 mile sponsored run on 18th May.
All advise gratefully received.
Thanks

I have read that cycling the day before a run will make your legs feel really tired and heavy during a run. I have heard if you are going to bike you should do it right after your run! So yes, the tiredness in your legs could surely be from the cycling!
