Decided to start this week and this app was the best one I found.
Running for a minute and walking for 1 and half doesn't sound as bad as the first one felt! Second one was better and today's was hard for some reason . Had to stick an extra run on the end as I missed one out( it was uphill!!).
At the minute I can't even see myself running for 5 mins on the trot never mind 25 lol .
I am pleased I've started and sort of looking forward to next week.
Don't seem to be able to get the breathing right.. Got my pace sorted though.
I look forward to the countdowns of how long running is left.
