London marathon

Watched the London marathon this morning on TV, the atmosphere looked amazing, and so many inspirational stories! A friend of mine ran and finished in 3.33! Will done mate. I remember when he started running only three years ago, had a few ups and down but got there in the end...something to aim for maybe?;) lol
